“The Biggest Reason you don’t get answers is that you haven’t asked the questions”…..a quote by Richard Bach.

This has already been a difficult year for our planet and those of us who inhabit it. The other day, Japan had another large aftershock to the March 11th earthquake. U.S. scientists predict as many as 16 hurricanes through November, and there have been more than 1200 tornados since January.  That’s why MMR is running our current advertising campaign, which, if you haven’t already, you can see it here (Watch Commerical).

One of the reasons I am proud to be CEO of MMRGlobal is we make products and services that give back to the universe.  Our products assist people in their most severe time of need, including the aftermath of natural disasters or personal tragedy. Regardless of what it is, when we hear of any personal disaster on the magnitude of a massive earthquake, flood, tornado, or fire, or an illness of a family member or pet – to us they are all heartbreaking.

I do believe that the more you put into the universe the more you get back and I am a person who listens from the heart, not simply the head. However, I would also encourage you to use your head and be prepared.  We all owe common sense preparedness to our family. And Preparedness starts with having a Personal Health Record account or a www.myesafedepositbox.com account. (Watch Video)

Everyone loves their family and as we enter the hurricane season, one might ask themselves why they haven’t yet set up a Personal Health Records account. However I can only help those who care to help themselves. In order to get any benefit from having an MMR account you need to join www.mymedicalmedicalrecords.com (Watch Video) or www.myesafedepositbox.com and sign up for a free trial.  Once you have done it you will feel better about being prepared.

Wherever one may be, in Asia, New Zealand, China, or the U.S., having an MMR account can save lives and gives you the information you need in an emergency at the click of a mouse. You will be able to have all your important life documents from the deed to your home, the pink slip on your car and any other important papers, inventories, marriage and birth records, whatever, to give you peace of mind and importantly help shorten the time for reimbursement from an insurance company when one needs help most.

Being CEO of a public company is a difficult job. When things are good and the stock price is up, everyone loves you. When things are tough and the stock is down, everyone criticizes you. Many companies hide their CEOs. Conversely, I have always made myself available to communicate with our shareholders and customers.

I make myself available because I believe in the credibility and integrity of our company. My chief role at MMR is to create and ensure value for our shareholders, something that is many times largely out of my control.

However, sometimes statements appear from people who have an agenda contrary to the company’s.  In fact yesterday, someone brought a comment to my attention as follows; “The best trade in the world with this stock is to throw in some low ball bids, have it get hit, and sell 3 minutes later as the longs try to cover up any weakness with some panic buying.”

It suggests ways to engage in a trading practice designed to manipulate stocks at the expense of other shareholders in the market.  Worse yet, it encourages others to engage in  similar, manipulative practices.

Certainly there are some who sporadically express criticism of a Company or dissatisfaction with its progress. That is their right. However, statements such as that, whether innocent or malicious, should not be allowed.

As many of you who follow the Company have read over the past many months, it is our goal to identify anyone perpetrating these types of practices for their own gain at the expense of our shareholders by reaching out to compliance departments of broker dealers and others as appropriate.

I encourage anyone interested in MMR to visit www.mmrglobal.com and register on our investor relations page.  Regardless of whether you are an existing or potential shareholder, or someone interested in learning the latest developments in the emerging Health IT space I hope you will look at MMRGlobal (OTC: MMRF), and  continue to follow this blog.

MMR continues to be a leader in the areas of Personal Health Records and safe, secure storage of vital documents online.  As I stated in the headline above…..”Ask The Questions and Get The Answers.

The good news is tens of thousands of people will read this blog and “Ask Questions”, then they will have an opportunity to be part of the MMR family of customers, friends and shareholders.

Natural Knowing

I am often asked why I do things the way I do. I think the answer is Natural Knowing.  By any standards I am a self-made person who has seen a modicum of success in my life. I have made money and have caused tens of millions to be given to charity. However, I think the measurement is how I use my “Natural Knowing.”

For those of you who follow MMRGlobal, it’s no secret that the last five years of my life have been as challenging as any. Yet every day, I get up and put one foot in front of the other, never quitting and “Naturally Knowing” that having a Personal Health Record will soon be as common as having a credit report or a credit card.

That is why I believe in what we are doing at MMRGlobal.  Every day brings new adventures and the beginning of many journeys.  Some take much longer than we ever thought they would, but so far this company hits consistent singles and ultimately reaches home plate at least once in every inning.

People who know me personally know me know that I am a fighter. And when the going gets tough, I get tougher.  Since Memorial Day (or in less than two weeks), this company has made two major announcements, the essence of which has gone unnoticed.

First, we had a very successful MUSE convention in Nashville. We participated in a joint dinner with three Strategic Partners, including Alcatel-Lucent. As we said earlier, we are getting close to announcing the first hospital to launch MMRPatientView and the MMR Stimulus Program (both part of MMRPro) in Interbit Data customer hospitals.

We announced a Joint Venture Agreement with VisiInc in Australia.  We believe this agreement can also represent the first step into Russia. What many people do not understand is that the Australian government is fast tracking Personal Health Records at an unprecedented rate. Remarkably, MMRGlobal owns a significant number of the underlying patents already issued in Australia and other Pacific Rim countries.  As it stands, these patents are necessary to comply with the government’s agenda. This intellectual property could easily make MMR a dominant player in the eHealth industry throughout the Pacific Rim.  Australia alone is expected to do as much as $2.6 billion US in eHealth in 2012.

Additionally, the Vistime platform will give MMR the ability to deliver a real-time 3D viewer for retrieval viewing of large files, including medical imaging systems such as MRIs, scans and sonograms, over any Internet connection, including dial-up. I cannot even imagine what that can mean to the power of an MMR Personal Health Record.

This partnership, along with Chartis and China, continues to enlarge our footprint around the world, opening new territories and exposing our Personal Health Record products to millions worldwide.

Two days ago, we announced that we have identified an effort by a small group engaged in what we believe to be aggressive and perhaps illegal shorting of our stock, thereby lining their pockets at the expense of our long-time shareholders. We have implemented efforts to bring this to the attention of the regulators and hope that by shining a spotlight on their actions, these parties will go away to make havoc on a less aggressive management team.  In any event, we never stop focusing on revenue and building our business with our strategic partners, including Kodak.

If your Natural Knowing told you that MMR was the place to be this summer, you probably sense fireworks on the 4th of July.

MMRGlobal Considers Launch of MMRNEWS Channel

As we end the summer the healthcare revolution is in full swing – Personal Health Records are just in the public consciousness. More and more people are learning about our products at www.mmrvideos.com. We work to constantly improve the way we promote our products and services and as a result we are always looking at new and unique ways to get the word out about MyMedicalRecords.com for consumers, MMRPro for the medical professional and www.MyEsafeDepositbox.com for everyone as part of a family emergency disaster plan As many saw in San Bruno California last night when a community exploded, the value of our products and services can be significant.

As part of our marketing efforts MMR has been exploring ways to better educate the public on the importance and relevance of Health Information Technology in their lives and as such has acquired the domain name MMRNEWS located at www.MMRNews.com.

Today I am excited that it already takes you to our PHR home page where if you have not yet signed up for an account please do.. Also visit www.MMRVIDEOS.com where you will be welcomed again by our ever expanding NBC television style musical logo. Our thoughts are to explore launching MMRNEWS as a 24-hour, 7-day a week news channel in the style of CNN, in which we would bring viewers and consumers the latest developments in global medi-science, bio-science and other news.

We have had discussions with several potential hosts who have strong experience, extremely high Q Scores and the right credentials for the job. And so I’d like to ask you to weigh in on our in-house discussions.

1) Would you like to see us start this type of venture?

2) Do you think you and your family could benefit from it?

3) Would you recommend we form a spin off for such a venture which could enhance sales of the Company’s products and represent a value to shareholders?

This initiative will take time and cost money however we are already in strategic relationship with ATI a leading provider of news and content for the television and on-line industry it presents itself at a very unique time. Ultimately this program becomes one of the Company’s applications for smart phones so that virtually anyone could access our information, and viewers and consumers will have a central place to catch up on what’s new and to be able to sign up themselves and their families as subscribers to take advantage of this inevitable trend.

Imagine being able, no matter where in the world you may be, to be secure and safe in the knowledge that should any unforeseen emergency or accident occur, your MyMedicalRecords.com is with you.

Since this type of effort is all about what viewers will think, please join the dialogue and share your thoughts here or with us at info@mmrmail.com. Have a very special day and a great weekend.

Every person, all the events of your life, are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.

Being CEO of MMRGlobal (or any public Company) can be one of the loneliest jobs in the world. I am forced to make decisions on a daily basis that are based on my experience and what I often refer to as my “natural knowing”.
There is a sign that follows me everywhere which says “To Be Average scares The Hell Out Of Me”, so I have the self- imposed pressure of being anything but average and caring about all the people that are somehow connected to my life.

I share the emotional highs and emotional lows of all the people in my life. That may sound unusual to some of you; however when a person cares, they share in the excitement and enthusiasm of everyday life and, in my case that includes MMRGlobal and all of you. That also includes the frustration and sometimes disappointment when things “appear” not to be going the way we all want them to.

However, there are only 2 options in life, the first to allow the frustration and disappointment to take control of our actions, or to place one foot in front of another and push forward at 110%, embracing every moment with excitement and enthusiasm and optimism.

I choose the latter. That’s why this week, like all weeks since MyMedicalRecords.com was founded nearly 5 years ago, the machine and Bob Lorsch keep churning forward.

Sales of MMRPro (www.mmrmdvideos.com) are poised to receive a tremendous boost from the clarity of Meaningful Use, announced this week. The attention to our products by physicians is greater than ever and although we are not an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in the literal sense, we are the easiest, most user-friendly first step to deployment of an EMR in the physician’s office.

MMRPro represents the first step for any health care professional in deploying an EMR. And the MMR Stimulus program represents double (or more) the stimulus to physicians when compared to any government program offered during the first 3 years of use.

And after the first 3 years MMR’s stimulus rebates increase by an estimated 25% a year (or more) for as long as the system is deployed in a physician’s office. In fact, an average small group practice with 2.5 practicing physicians could easily receive as much as $200,000 per year in MMR stimulus after the first 5 years of use for as long as they continue to use the MMRPatientView module.

I have suggested over the last several years that having a personal health record will be as important as having a credit report. The Meaningful Use criteria means MMR can become the TRW of Personal Health Records.
We are the best and most user-friendly personal health record available on the direct to consumer market today. If you haven’t already done so, open an account today. It takes just minutes and it’s free for 30days, so find out for yourself. Go to www.mymedicalrecords.com and sign up with the registration code EMMY.

Also, to take advantage of “Back To School” and students who will need checkups, the Company will launch its first “Cash Refund” promotion later this month. “Put the Future of Your Health at Work Today with $25 Toward Your Next Check-Up or Doctor Visit”. It’s designed to encourage good health and a product trial with a usage call to action. Millions of consumers will see our Commercials online. See it for yourself at www.mmrontv.com.
When they respond, they will be offered a trial program, which includes a cash refund of $25.00 for opening a test account, and placing a medical record in their account. The program is designed to shake up the industry and get people to use the product during their trial period.

And if all that does not keep me busy this week, I continue to focus on institutional investors, platform development, M&A opportunities, the litigation with LRF (which can represent a tremendous win for shareholders when you see the billions of dollars of valuation recently added to Dendreon), the launch of Esafe, and my marriage (the latter of which is the most joyful).

And speaking of Esafe (www.myesafevideos.com), the Company will soon preview its first ESafe television campaign, featuring a series regular from “The Event”, coming September 20th, on NBC-TV.

I started out this blog with this quote from the book “Illusions”, ‘Every person, all the events of your life, are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.’
What I choose to do with my time at MMRGlobal is continue to work on building shareholder value by positioning MMRGlobal as a worldwide provider of Health Information Technologies for Health Care Professionals and consumers.

So what can you “Choose To Do?” Try the product (if you haven’t already), tell everyone you know about this Company and what a great opportunity it can represent for managing their family’s health, and ultimately its shareholders.
